Start with a guided private car tour to Caesarea to explore the excavations, including the Amphitheatre, Aqueduct and Herodion Harbor. Continue northward along the Mediterranean Coast to Haifa. View the Baha’i Shrine and world famous Persian Gardens. From Haifa continue to Akko to visit the Underground Crusader City where excavations have revealed a complex of halls, churches and other ruins as well as the infamous Acre Prison.
Drive north to Rosh Hanikra. Descend by cable car for a two minute ride to the beautiful underground grottos (weather permitting) which have been carved out through the centuries by the sea. Overnight at a hotel in Tiberias.

Private car tour with guide to Misgav Am, some 840m above sea level overlooking the Hula Valley on one side and the neighboring Lebanese village of El Adisseh on the other. Then off to the Tel Dan Nature Reserve. From here head towards the Banias River and Waterfall. Continue past Nimrod’s Fortress, or the “Castle of the Large Cliff”, a medieval fortress situated in the northern Golan Heights. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.

Private car tour with guide to Safed, a small mountaintop city and center of the Kabbalah movement. Next is Katzrin, known as the capital of the Golan Heights, featuring a reconstructed synagogue dating from the 6th century. Visit the Golan Heights Winery founded in 1983.
Time permitting visit a fascinating reconstruction of a Jewish village from Talmudic times. Proceed to Beit She’an also known as “Scythopolis” to see the largest ongoing archeological dig in the country. Drive through the Judean wilderness heading towards the Gan Hashlosha National Park. Afterwards head north to Jerusalem for hotel check-in and overnight.
Private guided car tour of the Old City. See the excavations of the South Wall at the Davidson Centre and tour the tunnels. Afterwards continue visiting the Old City, walking through the Armenian Quarter and then to the reconstructed Jewish Quarter where you will see the Western Wall. Visit the Hurva Synagogue, the Cardo, the Herodion Mansions and the Burnt House. Simcha Dinner at hotel.

Private guided car tour to Keren Kayamet L’Israel and the JNF forest for tree planting. Afterwards we head to the Soreq Caves and to Yad La’Shiryon, the Armored Corps Museum and Monument. Continue to Latrun to see the Latrun Museum. After lunch head south for an archeological dig. Overnight in Jerusalem.
Private guided car tour of the New City of Jerusalem. Begin at Yad Vashem for a tour of the memorial to the six million Jews killed in the Holocaust. Experience the solemnity of the Children’s Memorial, a testimony to the million and a half children who perished in the Holocaust. Walk along the Path of the Righteous Gentiles to the Valley of the Lost Communities.
Then drive eastwards to the Hadassah Medical Centre, site of Marc Chagall’s stained glass windows. Next is Mt. Herzl and the adjacent Military Cemetery, where famous Jewish leaders like Rabin, Herzl, Ben Zvi and Jabotinsky are buried .
Next is the Mount of Olives, a mountain ridge in east Jerusalem. Time permitting, we drive through the Givat Ram Campus of the Hebrew University to the Israel Museum, the site of the Shrine of the Book, where the Dead Sea Scrolls are on display. Also see the Billy Rose Art Garden. Overnight in Jerusalem.
JERUSALEM / MASADA/ EIN GEDI/ DEAD SEA/ JERUSALEM B
Private guided car tour to Masada. Ascend by cable car and see the excavations including the synagogue, Herod’s Palace, the water cisterns and bathhouses. Visit the freshwater falls of Ein Gedi. At the Dead Sea experience the extraordinary sensation of floating in the unsinkable waters and then (time permitting) a therapeutic mud bath. Head back to Jerusalem for overnight.

Private guided car tour to Beersheba, known as the capital of the Negev. Continue to nearby Hatzerim where you will visit the Air Force Museum. Later continue to Avdat located on the ancient Spice Route between Petra and Gaza.
See the Roman bathhouse, the tower, the burial cave and other sites. Next is Ein Avdat, a National Park where the water of numerous springs descends into two deep pools in a series of waterfalls.
After lunch at Mizpe Ramon we head to the visitors centre for an exciting Jeep Tour of the Ramon Crater. Continue south to Eilat, the southernmost city in Israel on the coast of the Red Sea. Overnight in Eilat.

Dolphin Reef for Swimming with Dolphins. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Depart for Tel Aviv. On arrival transfer to your hotel for the reminder of your stay.

The day is free to visit Nahlat Binyamin, a unique craft market (all local Israeli artists). Afterwards continue to Neve Zedek, and the Tel Aviv market– The Shuk de Carmel. Visit the Palmach Museum.
