Confirmation & Payment Policies

Reservation Deposit

20% non-refundable deposit due within 8 business days of booking (FITs, groups, charters). Space is confirmed upon receipt.

Final Payment

  • FITs: Balance due ≥ 60 days prior to departure
  • Groups & Charters: Balance due ≥ 120 days prior to departure

If payment is not received by the deadline, space may be offered to other travelers.

Cancellation Policies

FITs

  • 60+ days prior: deposit withheld
  • 59–0 days prior: full payment withheld

Groups & Charters

  • 121+ days prior: deposit withheld
  • 120–0 days prior: 100% penalty

Travel Tips

Clothing: Dress in layers in highlands; light cottons in tropical zones; long sleeves/pants for jungle; bring a light rain jacket and good walking shoes.

Passport & Visas: Passport valid 6+ months. Certain nationalities require a tourist visa; all visitors must complete and retain the embarkation/disembarkation card stamped on entry.
